We currently only ship to the USA but We cannot deliver to the following areas:

Shipping Fee

All our products are free shipping. and our product prices include commodity tax and shipping tax.

Handling and Delivery time

Our US warehouse takes approximately 1-2 business days to prepare your order. Most packages are shipped out within 24hrs, but it can take longer on weekends and holidays. In general, the package will be delivered around 2-10 days.

Note: Your products might be sent out separately if you ordered several items together and the products currently in stock may be stored in different warehouses.

Warehouse Locations

We have warehouses in CA, MD, and TX. We will choose the closest warehouse to you to make the shipment. But, some products may be out of stock in the closest warehouse, we will arrange your products from other warehouses.

Carriers

We work with 3 carriers to make sure your order will arrive on time: UPS, USPS and FedEx.

Note: We don't accept requests to specify a certain carrier to deliver the package, the carrier is selected by your shipping address and other factors.

COVID-19 Shipment Upgrade Notice

The post office may take longer to process your package during the outbreak. Also, the tracking information may not be updated immediately. Give the post office extra time to deliver your package and update your tracking information. In the meantime, you can always send an email to service@nearfilter.com to check the status of your order.

The ETA with your order may be adjusted based on actual circumstances, sorry for the inconvenience.

Please kindly note that we will not issue any refund with your order if you refuse to receive the package we sent to you without contacting us first.
